I'm disheveled, sweaty, already hurting, and completely exhausted. I did the Insanity Fit Test.
Insanity is way harder than TurboFire.
Whew. Wish me luck on this journey again. It's gonna be hard getting back in the groove. I really hope this is the last time I have to get in shape (after this I plan on just staying in shape… for real this time).
