Painting

I've worked real hard all week so that I could mess around with a new hobby. I first thought I wasn't going to be able to paint today, because of school/work stuff, but I did anyway. 

I really have no clue what I'm doing. I've never painted for recreation before. So, this could definitely be interesting. I'm painting with acrylic paints on canvas/canvas paper. 

I've been internetting on color mixing, brush strokes, brush types, etc. I'm not really artistic in the sense of drawing, but I think I could potentially be good at abstract art.

C and I are taking a drawing class too! It starts in about a month. It claims drawing is certainly a skill that can be learned (and not just a gift). 

So, we'll see how that goes.
